Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return: The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unwashed, and with original tags (if applicable). The item must be returned in its original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at info@option.fashion within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns outside of EU.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us immediately at info@option.fashion if: The item is damaged or defective (not stated in the original listing), or if you received the wrong item. We will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. The item must meet the same return conditions: unworn, unwashed, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank and credit card processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at info@option.fashion.
