Shipping policy
General Shipping Information
All orders are processed and dispatched from our studio in Milan, Italy. We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or new collection drops. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your archival pieces with care.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping via trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.
Domestic Shipping (Italy):
Standard shipping within Italy usually takes 1–3 business days once dispatched.
EU Shipping:
Orders shipped to countries within the European Union generally arrive within 3–7 business days. No customs duties apply for EU customers.
International Shipping (Rest of World):
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Generally, orders arrive within 5–14 business days. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For customers within the European Union:
Since we ship from Italy (EU), there are no customs duties or import taxes for orders shipped to other EU countries.
For International Customers (Non-EU):
Orders shipped outside of the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Switzerland, Asia) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Option has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
If a package is refused by the customer due to customs fees, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the cost of the return shipping and any administrative fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. As stated in our Refund Policy, a 30% restocking fee applies to all returns/refusals outside of the EU.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window appearing on your tracking link, please contact us at info@option.fashion with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Option is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@option.fashion if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
